and the adventure begins...
News, 05.10.2020: Yet another summer season is over. This one naturally was defined by the challanges of the Corona pandemic. Guests, travellers, visitors and our team equally needed to incorporate an extra amount of flexibility, patience, comprehension and prudence. We must say that together both we and our guests managed these challenges smoothly. In return we all were rewarded with even more relaxing moments, stillness, space and unforgettable adventures in the wilderness at our doorstep. Well, to be honest, it is rather easy to achieve this in our region - given the natural circumstances like e.g. 0.3 pers/km2 (our municipality) - where behaviours like physical distancing are part of our normal everyday life. Nevertheless we too are making progress continously in adjusting and incorporationg the new "normal" behaviours/standards into daily business and life.
With this we would like to extend a warm thank you to all guests and travellers, who chose to stay with us in these uncertain times! We also would like to thank our team for accepting a challenging season with dedication, passion and joy and simply being there for our guests!
Now it's time for our season end break. Of course the camping pitches with/without electricity and the hotel standard cabins in self catering remain available for booking. All other SJG services are on break.
Mid December we are opening our winter season and we are looking forward to welcoming back many familiar and also new faces! In the meanwhile we will keep you updated on our Social media channels and of course you can always reach us by e-mail/phone.
See you in Swedish Lapland! Regards, Caro & Daniel with Joshua and the SJG team
