A warm welcome to our holiday & adventure resort!
The main building is the heart of the facility. It is your point of information and the meeting hot spot for the guests. Here we do more than just check you in and out. Our credo is to give you personal and individual assistance, no matter what your request.
Sandsjögården’s main building includes our cosy dining room, shower/WC, guest washing machine on the 1st floor and reception incl. the mini market where you can buy souvenirs, sanitary products, beverages and ice cream (popsicles). Here you can also order fresh baked bread and choose from a selection of daily groceries.
At the reception there is a selection of brochures, information for tourists and tips for activities or sightseeing excursions in the surrounding region.
Of course we will be glad to advice you personally and put together an individual package for you, incl. reservation requests and bookings.

09:00 - 21:00 hrs
The mini market opening hours correspond with the reception opening hours, or upon request.
Check-in service
24-hrs for registered guests!
Spontaneous visitors and guests without bookings are kindly asked to follow the reception opening hours resp. the information posted at the reception door in the entrance.
Free WiFi
We have free WiFi access for all our guests in the main building, restaurant and garden terrace.
Our guests staying in a hotel standard house have a separate WiFi access for broadband internet directly at the respective house.
Guests, who are combining their stay with home office and have special requirements are kindly requested to mention this upon booking the accommodation!
New! Home Office/Distance work offerings
As of now we provide our „workation” guests with 3 working spaces in our dining room with access to power outlets and a separate “working” hotspot for a stable data rate, daily from 11:00 a.m. to 04.00 p.m. Reservations for the working spaces are taken from day to day at the reception.

Showers & Toilets
During the summer season Sandsjögården Holiday Resort operates an extra service building with each 2 showers for women and men, as well as 4 outhouse toilets. Another 2 showers and 2 “normal” toilets are to be found on the first floor of the main building/restaurant. This area is open to our guests year-round and 24/7.
Washing machine with Tumbler
Reservations and rental fees for the washing machine/tumbler are taken at the reception.
Price: SEK 45.00/washing
A clotheshorse (summer season), mobile laundry rack and pins are available for free use. Please ask at the reception.
Rental Bedding & Towels
Do you need towels or bedding (large and small towels, pillow/blanket slip and sheets)? You can rent these for a flat charge directly at the reception.
Dish washing, Waste and Outlet shaft
Please note: Accessible during summer months only!
There is a small dish washing hut with a large sink (cold and warm water access) on the right-hand side of the parking lot of the main building/restaurant.
The main waste bins can be found just across the dishwashing house. We appreciate the separating of waste, ie. glas, PET bottles and cans. More, we would like to remind you, that beverages in Sweden usually are sold in refundable deposit PET bottles and/or cans, worth 1 kr. You should not squeeze or crush the bottles/cans before placing them in the waste. A wise and eco-friendly choice is to return them to the nearest ICA or Coop supermarket and cash in the deposit.
Behind the dishwashing house you will find the outlet shaft for your mobile campingtoilet and your mobile wastewater tank.
IMPORTANT: No drive-over outlet shaft for automatic emptying. You have to empty both camping toilet and wastewater tank manually!
